Hunter Werribee
Developed in partnership with Wyndham City Council, the project took a former council carpark and regentrified it into a mixed use development comprising of 150 room IHG hotel, Office, Retail and Carpark with private/public ownership, now claiming to be a premier landmark for the Werribee community.
Dilop@Epping
Located in the heart of Epping’s industrial precinct this development took one of the last infill parcels of land and created a thriving 38 lot Industrial subdivision, with a large focus on supporting local business growth.
Glassworks
Located within the heart of Richmond, this project paid homage to the former heritage Glass Manufacturing building that once resided and integrated a high end townhouse project comprising of 9 dwellings . Embodying high quality design, fixtures and finishes.
Albero
Nestled within the serene environment of Greensborough, this project took a former carpark and land and redeveloped this into a 6 level residential complex incorporating 45 high quality architectural apartments and mixture of basement parking for residents and the Banyle council community.

Kent Place
Located within the bustling Braybrook a place where culture meets convenience, adjoining an expansive park, this project created a mixture of 23 two storey architecturally designed townhouses with communal open spaces.
West Pines
Meltons gateway commercial development. This large 39ha parcel of land was redeveloped across multiple stages to create precincts that are home to asset classes of Large Format, Quick Service Retail, Commercial Premises, Childcare and Industrial Land Subdivision.
